Yannis Hamilakis , professor at the University of Southampton, is one of the most trendy archaeologists thanks to his research about politics and national identity, and the archaeology of the senses. After the publication of his latest book Archaeology and the senses: Human experience, memory and affect, he will speak about the importance of the senses in the interpretation of the archaeological record and how all this is experienced in nowadays archaeology and politics.
