General Catalogue

The National Archaeological Museum has a large number of catalogued collections, available in electronic format, which are constantly updated and augmented. The collections come from museums all over Spain as well as from important parts of the ancient world, and comprise artefacts dating from Prehistory to the 19th century. You can access a large selection of them from this screen.

DOMUS is an integrated documentation and museum management system developed by the Ministry of Culture (Office of State-Owned Museums and Office for Information Technology and Systems). Its purpose is to catalogue and manage the cultural assets entrusted to the care of Spain’s museums.
