Correspondence

The correspondence in the Siret Archive is divided into two large groups: letters written before Louis Siret's death, and letters sent by the excavation site supervisor, Pedro Flores.

The first group contains letters, telegrams and drafts dated between 1884 and 1934, most of which discuss the excavations and discoveries made by the Siret brothers.

The second comprises the correspondence between Henri and Louis Siret and Pedro Flores from 1884 to 1905, in which we find important news related to the fieldwork and different situations that arose.Salto de línea
