The exhibition features nearly 800 cultural assets from 40 different Romanian museums. It aims to trace the historical evolution of the territory of Romania over more than a thousand years, from the late Hallstatt and Scythian cultures to the invasions of the Germanic peoples, with a particular emphasis on the period when Dacia was a Roman province, after the Dacian Wars fought by Emperor Trajan. The show also highlights the historical connections between Romania and Spain via the Celts and Romans.
